1. Will I get my order’s tracking number?

2. What is CreamyMax?
Creamy Max Cream Chargers are designed and developed in Australia, and is a newly developed products made of the highest–quality materials, which engineers to purer, easier, cleaner cream chargers.
3. What are the differences between CreamyMax 580g and 660g?
The CreamyMax 580g and 660g has the same cylinder size and just a little different on design. But CreamyMax 660g is the upgrade version and has 14% more N2O gas than 580g. You can check the specifications of the bottle to distinguish them and also the 660g is heavier than 580g.
4. How can I make delivery and local pick up order?
Please add your items to cart and choose local delivery or local pick up service when checkout. Stock get ready within 5 minutes, pick up available from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Our pick up point is at 838 Collins St, Docklands.
5. Why my order did not have local delivery option when checkout?
There is no minimum order price request for a local delivery order. If your order do not have a delivery option, it might be your address is far from us, so we can not deliver to.
6. What is the purpose of the pressure regulator?
You will need a pressure regulator when you use a 580g N2O or above-sized cylinder with a cream dispenser. It can help you accurately release any remaining gas so you can safely and easily dispose of your recycled cylinders.
7. What is the function of nozzle?
The function of pressure release nozzle is twisting on the cylinder on or off to control the gas in and out.
8. How to deal with the empty cream chargers?
All of our cream chargers come in recyclable packaging and are made primarily from recyclable materials. After using the cream charger, ensure that all gases are evacuated. Then compress the cylinders using a hydraulic press and place them in a designated recycling bin.
9. How frequently can cream chargers be used?
After two weeks, cream chargers should be thrown away. If the cream is kept out too long, it gradually loses its consistency and loses the desired fluffiness.
10. What brands we have now?
We have our own brands CreamyMax 580g/660g and Skywhip 8g. Besides, we have these brands in stock: iSi, Whip-it, FreshWhip and so on.
11. Do you offer any free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more on most items on our website. And we offer free express shipping for all 580g/660g orders now but excel WA/NT.
12. Does every order comes with nozzles?
Yes, each 580g/660g cylinder comes with a free nozzle but not including regulator.
