Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
- 1½ cups pineapple juice
- ½ cup simple syrup (see recipe below)
- 8 oz Whipping Cream Vodka
- 8 oz Sprite
- Sweetened whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)
Prepare Your Blender:
- Start with a high-powered blender. Add the following ingredients:
- Frozen strawberries
- Pineapple juice
- Simple syrup
- Whipping Cream Vodka
Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend everything for about 30 seconds, or until the strawberries are fully broken down and the mixture is smooth and slushy.
Add the Fizz:
- Pour in the Sprite, then pulse the blender about 5 times. This helps mix the soda without losing too much of the fizz.
Serve It Up:
- Pour the slush into chilled glasses. You can use cocktail glasses, mason jars, or any fun drinkware you like.
Garnish (Optional but Fun!):
- Top each drink with:
- A swirl of sweetened whipped cream
- A fresh strawberry on the rim or floating on top
Simple Syrup Recipe (Quick & Easy):
- To make ½ cup of simple syrup:
- Combine ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Let it cool before using.
Tips:
- Want it sweeter? Add more syrup or use sweetened strawberries.
- Want it stronger? Add an extra splash of vodka.
- Make it a mocktail: Skip the vodka and use strawberry soda instead!
